GREEN Conditioning Shampoo Bar

The combination of mint, rosemary and tea tree essential oils make this bar smell refreshing, awakening and crisp. It is naturally coloured with a dash of spirulina powder. 

This solid shampoo bar will give you all of the benefits of regular shampoo without the waste of plastic packaging. It's made using a combination of gently foaming, coconut-derived components, conditioning agents and nourishing, hair loving, botanical ingredients. There is no transition period or acidic rinses required! This shampoo bar is well balanced when it comes to conditioning agents, oils and butters, which suppress the foam and can make your hair feeling waxy. 

What's in it?

- SODIUM COCOYL ISETHIONATE: sodium salt derived from coconut oil. It's a high foaming surfactant, which provides excellent lathering and mildness.

- COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE: coconut derived ingredient that creates rich, thick lather, softens hair and reduces static.

- DECYL GLUCOSIDE: mild non-ionic surfactant used in cosmetic formularies, including baby shampoo and in products for individuals with a sensitive skin. It's a a sugar surfactant on the basis of coconut oil and glucose.

- COCOA BUTTER: it's fat content gives it a density and luxurious feel that makes it the perfect deep conditioning treatment.

- INCROQUAT BEHENYL TMC-85-PA-(MH): Palm free alternative to BTMS-25 as well as BTMS-50 and BTMC-85. It has excellent detangling benefits, reduce static and improve body and wet/dry combability in hair care applications.

- JOJOBA OIL: moisturizes the scalp and may be a dandruff remedy. Jojoba is rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish hair. Because it strengthens hair, it is also thought that jojoba oil can prevent hair loss and promote hair thickness.

- CASTOR OIL: thickens and promotes hair growth even in places where hair would not grow before.

- SHIKAKAI POWDER: known to promote long, strong and shiny hair, shikakai is an amazing hair care product that is commonly found across the tropical forests of India. 

- BENTONITE CLAY: gently cleanses your scalp and hair. It also provides deep conditioning to your hair.

- D-PANTHENOL: acts as an excellent humectant due to which D-Panthenol is known to make your hair soft and silky.

- HYDROLYSED WHEAT PROTEIN: increases the elasticity of your hair by controlling the loss of moisture from your strands.

- APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: natural ingredient that helps to protect your hair from damage by strengthening your hair, improving the health of the scalp and effectively cleansing your hair. Folic acid in apple cider vinegar promotes healthy hair growth by strengthening the cells in the hair follicle.

How to use? 

 Simply wet your hair and shampoo bar, gently rub the bar onto your hair a few times to create a rich lather and massage into hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly and follow with conditioner if required. Leave the bar out to air dry, ready for its next use. Be sure to store the bar out of standing water in a well-draining soap dish to ensure a lasting bar. If stored correctly, this bar should last up over 60 washes.
